Effective medicines and medical products are essential to maintaining good health and longevity. New medicines, medical products and technologies are being developed, manufactured and distributed all over the world for those who need it.
However, under current circumstances, these effective medicines are not always available to some countries due to government regulations, economic conditions or for strategic business reasons.

In Japan, regulation of medicines and medical products is highly restrictive and the Government Approval Process to obtain authorization is very costly and time consuming.
As a result, many foreign pharmaceutical & medical device manufacturers spend millions of dollars and years to obtain formal approval for their products.
In many cases, they abandon their efforts as the process becomes cost prohibitive. Ultimately, Japanese patients are left without access to effective medicines & products from abroad.

In order to overcome this dilemma, Japan’s Pharmaceutical Affairs Law provides exemptions to allow the lawful import of certain ‘Un-Approved’ medicines and medical products. International Medical Management Corp (IMMC) provides consulting and assistance to doctors & physicians wishing to import Un-Approved Medicines from abroad in accordance to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.
